How It All Started
Paul and Beth met in the 1990’s while attending FIU and majoring in Hospitality Management. Over the next decade, they married, had 2 children and worked in the industry they loved. In 1999, they had an opportunity to create a concept with a love for home cooked classics, made with love - like mom or grandma had done.
As much as we are committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a wonderful experience, we know it all begins with our dedicated team. “Our people are the face and backbone of our business. We believe that when we support and respect our staff, they deliver exceptional service,” says Beth. Every full time employee receives an opportunity for healthcare, paid time off, and guidance for education, housing, and first‑job milestones. We take pride in caring for our team so they can care for our guests always. Paul and Beth Nunez have literally put their hearts into this restaurant. They love what they do, and it shows.
