How It All Started
Paul and Beth met in the 1990’s while attending FIU and majoring in Hospitality Management. Over the next decade, they married, had 2 children and worked in the industry they loved. In 1999, they had an opportunity to create a concept with a love for home cooked classics, made with love - like mom or grandma had done.
We have a passion and love for our food, our employees and our guests. Our classic comfort-food restaurants (located in Weston and Winter Haven) specialize in meals that conjure nostalgia of days gone by with updated flavors of modern dishes to please every palate.
Our award-winning craft cocktails are a particular source of pride as we have created something for every preference you may have, in a comfortable and classic atmosphere evoking the history of beautiful downtown Winter Haven in the days gone by.
We enjoy making guests happy and helping them to celebrate their greatest life moments as well as bringing them together at the table to share a meal and the stories that unite us. Every day is a special day for our guests whether it’s an efficient business or casual lunch, our top-notch happy hour, daily “Blue Plate” specials, weekend brunch or dinner & drink night 7 days a week!
